1. Can I get expedited shipping?

At this time we don’t offer an expedited service. We work as fast as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible, but can’t guarantee your items will arrive by a certain day because it depends on your address, the post office and other relevant factors

2. Do you restock items that are sold out?

Absolutely, we do restock most of our items. If you see any items that have not been yet restocked for a long time, simply alert us by emailing us at [email protected]

3. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, currently we are shipping within the US only.

4. Do you ship to my home address or I need go somewhere to pick it up?

We will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel. Once it is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including a tracking number. All of our express companies are reputable all over the world such as USPS.

5. How can I track my shipment?

Once we have shipped out your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a USPS tracking number. Click the tracking number to link to the order’s shipment status. However, USPS can take a few hours from the point of scanning in the package for it to update online. Then please wait for a bit to have your tracking number available.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

7. How quickly will my order ship out?Our processing time is usually 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. Please allow 4-8 business days within the US (USPS will take care the rest).

8. How secure is my personal information?Your personal information will definitely secure. We will, however, use commercially reasonable security practices to ensure that your personal information is kept confidential and secure, and that the appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unlawful or accidental destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized disclosure or access or other unlawful forms of processing are implemented. We may share your information with our legally affiliated entities. 9. I am with a school. Do you accept purchase orders?Yes, we accept signed Purchase Orders from approved schools. Please contact our Sales Team at [email protected] to receive instructions on how to be approved and submit your PO.

10. Do you accept returns?

We gladly accept returns for unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
